Refund and Cancellation Policy
HUATRA public paid production is not active. This page records the current controlled-launch handling boundary; it is not a promise of refund eligibility or final commercial terms. Final counsel, tax, and commercial approval remains pending.
Current payment status
The public site does not provide self-serve checkout, public subscriptions, provider-authoritative charges, paid entitlement activation, or paid delivery. Test-mode records and founder-controlled validation authority do not create a public offer or customer refund obligation.
Planned product models
Current engineering distinguishes Pridicta one-time beta access, Zeravue one-time fixed-term access, and Sonolock subscription-shaped billing. All three remain inactive as public commercial models. Product-specific duration, renewal, cancellation, eligibility, and refund terms require approval before checkout is enabled.
Request and human review
Send a refund or cancellation question tocontact@huatra.ai. A human operator must confirm the product, transaction, provider state, policy authority, and evidence before deciding or executing any refund. No request, support message, return page, or pending provider status creates an automatic refund.
Refund consequences
A refund consequence may occur only after provider-authoritative refund success is verified and reconciled to the canonical ledger. Only then may the related paid entitlement be revoked and paid delivery denied. Pending, failed, unknown, duplicate, or mismatched provider states must fail closed and remain under human review.
Cancellation boundary
Leaving a checkout preview or visiting a cancellation return route does not create a charge, refund, cancellation, account change, or entitlement change. No public subscription is currently available to cancel. Future Sonolock subscription cancellation and Pridicta or Zeravue access-term rules must be disclosed and approved before activation.
