Sonolock RecordPack organizes metadata-only record context for human review. It does not analyze audio, identify speakers, generate transcripts, detect voiceprints, determine authenticity, detect fraud, or make legal conclusions.

Support can help with

  • metadata checklist questions
  • controlled-launch access questions
  • billing/payment status questions only after payment is activated
  • refund/cancel/dispute routing only after commercial terms are counsel-reviewed
