Terms of Use
These controlled-launch terms apply to public information pages and approved product previews operated by HUATRA PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202521108C), unless a separate written agreement applies. Final counsel approval remains pending.
Scope and preview status
HUATRA.ai is the product-family information hub. Pridicta ReviewPack, Zeravue ProofPack, and Sonolock RecordPack provide information, controlled demonstrations, and review-preparation structures. Public self-serve purchase, paid entitlement, paid delivery, and unrestricted customer-material intake are not active. Features may remain gated, incomplete, or unavailable by product or region.
No automated determination
HUATRA outputs organize materials and workflow records for human review. They do not determine identity, ownership, infringement, fraud, evidentiary effect, legal rights, regulatory compliance, qualification, approval, denial, or enforcement. They are not legal, financial, regulatory, compliance, forensic, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use HUATRA public previews to submit unlawful material, malware, secrets, credentials, payment data, regulated personal data, private or hacked material, or content you do not have authority to process. You may not use the previews for identity search, speaker identification, voiceprints, biometric identification, automated complaints, automated adjudication, or impersonation.
Accounts and access
No public self-serve account is offered by these terms. Controlled-launch access is separately approved and may be stopped by a human operator for security or acceptable-use review. Any future paid-account suspension or termination terms require a separately approved agreement before activation.
Payments, refunds, and cancellation
Public checkout and public paid production are not active. Validation prices, test-mode payment records, or payment-era route previews are not public offers or final commercial prices. Refund and cancellation handling is described on the Refund and Cancellation Policy. No page view, return URL, or client message creates an entitlement, refund, or cancellation consequence.
Reliance and governing authority
Do not rely on preview content as a final determination. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided as-is and as-available. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the existing repository authority specifies Singapore law for these public-site terms; final counsel confirmation remains required before commercial launch. The exclusive forum, dispute process, and effective date have not been selected and require founder and counsel approval before these terms become commercial-launch terms.
