HUATRA respects fundamental human rights, human dignity, privacy rights, labor rights, equal opportunity, and professional review boundaries.

HUATRA believes that responsible technology companies must focus not only on product capabilities, but also on human rights, labor standards, privacy protection, data boundaries, working environments, supply chain conduct, and social impact.

HUATRA is committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations in corporate governance, product design, team building, and partnerships, respecting internationally accepted business ethics and labor protection principles, and promoting responsible, transparent, and sustainable technology development.

Human Rights Protection

HUATRA respects fundamental human rights, human dignity, personal freedom, privacy rights, labor rights, and equal opportunity.

At the product level, HUATRA avoids using AI technology for unauthorized identity recognition, voiceprint recognition, biometric processing, automated qualification judgments, or automated adjudications that have a significant impact on individuals.

Human rights protection directly determines product boundaries, data boundaries, and corporate governance boundaries.

Freedom of Employment and Prohibition of Forced Labor

HUATRA adheres to the principle of free choice of employment. Employment, internship, advisory cooperation, outsourcing cooperation, or supplier cooperation should be based on voluntariness, transparency, legality, and fairness.

HUATRA opposes forced labor, debt-bonded labor, contract-bonded labor, slavery, human trafficking, or labor arrangements that restrict personal freedom.

HUATRA prohibits deposits, recruitment fees, unreasonable fees, document withholding, threats, coercion, and unreasonable restrictions that obstruct lawful resignation or cooperation choices.

Compensation and Benefits

HUATRA commits to providing employees with compensation no lower than local minimum wage standards in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Company should explain wage structure, payment cycles, base salary, bonuses, allowances, overtime pay, benefits, social insurance, or other statutory entitlements through clear policies, contracts, or written documents.

HUATRA opposes wage arrears, illegal wage deductions, false wage records, avoidance of social insurance responsibilities, or opaque methods that harm lawful labor rights and interests.

Freedom of Association

HUATRA respects employees’ lawful freedom of association, including the right to organize, join, or not join trade unions, employee representative organizations, or other lawful labor organizations in accordance with law.

HUATRA does not discriminate, suppress, retaliate, demote, dismiss, or treat employees unfairly because they lawfully participate in trade unions, employee representative activities, collective communication, or expression of labor rights demands.

Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment

HUATRA is committed to providing a fair, respectful, and non-discriminatory environment for employees, job applicants, advisors, and partners.

HUATRA prohibits discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, nationality, social class, religion, age, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy status, family responsibilities, trade union membership, political affiliation, or other legally protected characteristics.

HUATRA prohibits harassment, insult, exclusion, bullying, retaliation, threat, violence, or disrespectful conduct.

Prohibition of Child Labor

HUATRA prohibits the use of child labor in any business, project, supply chain, or manufacturing stage.

For young workers under the age of 18, the Company must not assign work that may endanger physical health, safety, educational opportunities, or physical and mental development.

Humane Treatment

HUATRA adheres to humane, respectful, and safe working principles.

HUATRA prohibits sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental coercion, physical coercion, verbal abuse, humiliation, threats, violence, bullying, retaliation, or other inhumane treatment.

Corporate Responsibility

HUATRA treats corporate responsibility as the foundation of long-term development, not a short-term image project.

HUATRA’s corporate responsibility includes respecting user privacy, avoiding excessive collection, avoiding unauthorized identity recognition, respecting role boundaries, providing transparent product statements, complying with labor laws and business ethics, and encouraging suppliers and partners to follow human rights, labor protection, and business ethics standards.

Through clear product boundaries, transparent record structures, and review preparation mechanisms, HUATRA helps users manage digital materials, authorization workflows, workflow context, and non-decisive risk signals more safely.

HUATRA will continue to build the ProofPack and RecordPack product system for the AI era in a restrained, transparent, professional, and responsible way.
